I had an incredible experience during my stay, thanks to the breathtaking views of Lake Zurich from my Panorama Club Room. The spa facilities, including the outdoor jacuzzi and saunas, provided the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, making each morning a treat. However, the hot tub water could have been warmer for a more enjoyable soak.

High prices for everything, from room rates to food!!! Limited nearby dining options mean searching for alternatives!!! Rooms felt dated with insufficient air conditioning and privacy concerns in bathrooms!!! Slight noise issue from adjoining rooms could be bothersome!!!

Staff were friendly and attentive, providing good service when needed. One downside was the pillows. they were soft and not enough in the room, but the staff helped out when I asked for extras. The location was great for accessing public transport, but lugging bags up the hill was a chore. Could’ve done with better luggage assistance. Overall, a lovely stay, but certain improvements would definitely enhance the experience.

Well, here's the thing—no air conditioning in the room made it uncomfortable on warmer days, especially since every sound from the neighbors came through like I was in a cantina. Also, the restaurant pricing didn’t seem to line up with the food quality, and breakfast options felt a bit limited and overpriced. Another point to mention is how tricky it was to secure dinner reservations at the restaurant, making it easier to end up in the same spot on your meal plans. Finally, tight parking due to events made parking a hassle. Always annoying when unexpected charges hit you during checkout, like the extra fee for the pups that wasn't mentioned upfront.

We spent 2 nights here and couldn’t have been happier. The view of the lake from our Lifestyle Room was just gorgeous! The staff was super friendly and super attentive. Plus, having a comfy pillow and a little welcome setup for our dog was a nice touch. Just wish the restaurant had a bit more variety in the menu.

I enjoyed fine panoramic views of the shimmering Lake Zurich right from my room's private balcony. The spa was divine. I relaxed endlessly in the outdoor jacuzzi under the stars. The restaurant served gourmet dishes that had my taste buds dancing
